Please note the following:

* All orders will be processed and shipped in 5-7 days.

* ALL ORDERS ARE PENDING ITEM AVAILABILITY.

* If an item is no longer in stock, a similar item may be substituted. If no comparable item is available, you will be notified and a refund will be issued to your credit card.

* There are no returns/exchanges on custom apparel unless the items are defective. Custom apparel includes any embellished logo, school/team/organization name, or personalization.

* All sales are final.

Please note: On rare occasions, we may experience delays in our production process due to, but not limited to, increase in demand, holidays, third party vendor logistics, work stoppage, power failures, inclement weather, and other variables that could adversely affect this timeline.
